Return/Exchange Policy
When purchasing & completing an order with The Boutique - By Clicking "I Agree To Terms & Conditions" at checkout. Buyer agrees, they accept, understand, & have read and are in agreeance to the policy listed below.
Once an item(s) are "purchased", pre orders included, no refunds will be issued , only store credit, even if the item(s) have not shipped.
ALL RETURNS ARE AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. We do not provide return labels.
To be eligible, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return for store credit or size exchange, please contact us at Support@thewildj.com. Once we receive your request via email, we will further assist you with instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned even for store credit, such as handmade items, or custom items (such as hand-stamped or seed beaded jewelry)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please email support@thewildj.com for any addition help or questions.
Store Credits
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, we will issue a store credit via email or txt message.
